Blair’s Story

Blair Chappell comes from a family with a property background, with his father owning part of a large real estate office and being in sales most of his life. Blair is one of the funding partners of William’s Corporation and is responsible for day-to-day management, ensuring the business is running smoothly, improving everyday, and meeting or exceeding growth targets. Blair is largely involved with the construction aspect of the business and loves knowing the build process inside and out. He is well connected to the supply chain, which he is always looking at how to improve. As a qualified business analyst with over 8 years experience in the construction industry, Blair loves everything about development. Watching a development go from an idea and a set of plans, to a finished product complete with homeowners and tenants, is one of his favourite aspects of the business.
